What You Bring
Required:
- 2 yearsin event production planning project management or community engagement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities
- Cultural competency and genuine passion for working with youth and families
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced shared environment
Preferred:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Event Planning Marketing Public Relations or related field
- Experience with SharePoint or event management software
- Background in nonprofit or youth-serving organizations
- Knowledge of Chicagos South Side communities
