What Youll Do

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned locations and business functions;
  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and enhance employee engagement;
  • Advise management on policy interpretation employee relations and performance management;
  • Support organizational change and acquisition integration efforts to ensure alignment and consistency;
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews goal-setting compensation and engagement programs;
  • Work closely with Payroll and Benefits to resolve employee inquiries and maintain data accuracy;
  • Oversee key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding transitions and offboarding;
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness development planning and workplace best practices;
  • Lead or support HR projects related to policy updates process improvements and training initiatives;
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions;
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion;
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees alike.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required;
  • PHR SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred;
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive HR experience preferably in a generalist or business partner role supporting multi-site operations;
  • Proficient in HRIS (Paylocity preferred) with strong knowledge of federal state and local employment laws;
  • Skilled in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management;
  • Experience using HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions;
  • Working knowledge of compensation benefits and merit programs.
