Level 3 RN Endo/GI- Monday-Friday 8am-8pm; on-call for overnights/weekends. 5x8hr or 4x10hr shifts.
Complete Description:
Provide direct patient care before during and after Endoscopy/GI procedures
Sedate patients and monitor vital signs
Administer IV medications and drips
Assist physicians during procedures
Prepare clean and sterilize instruments and equipment
Complete documentation including patient notes and discharge instructions
Address patient questions and concerns
Requirements:
Active New York RN license (no compact)
BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 2 years RN experience Endo/GI preferred
Telemetry experience required
Behavior characteristics:
Strong attention to detail and patient safety
Effective communication and teamwork
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced procedural environment
