In your role as Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory for our private equity clients you will ensure that projects run smoothly monitor the quality of your teams results and always keep the clients requirements in mind. You will actively participate in projects coordinate your project teams and work closely with the responsible managers to guarantee the best possible output for our clients. You have the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with topics and always maintain an overview even when dealing with large amounts of information. Your practical experience in using PowerPoint and Excel enables you to implement projects in a targeted manner. You are a competent contact person for your team members work with attention to detail and quality and adherence to deadlines are a matter of course for you.
In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding including a mentor system from day one you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private-equity
industry.
YOUR TASK
- (Partial) responsibility for creating Commercial Due Diligence reports for specific workstreams and tasks
- development of growth strategies by supporting our clients in implementing their Buy-and-Build/platform strategies
- identification of investment opportunities through target screenings
- development of market models and validation of business plans
- conducting primary research (especially expert interviews) and secondary research for market customer and competitor analyses
- support for acquisition efforts product development and project- and theme-related customer management
- technical supervision and mentoring of interns and analysts involved in the project
Qualifications :
You have a strong analytical mindset you are a team player with a hands-on approach and you strive for collective success.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Completed Masters degree
- At least four years of work experience from a previous full-time job as a Consultant (especially transaction consulting/M&A and strategy) private-equity or venture capital.
- You have initial experience in managing workstreams and their teams checking the quality of work or taking partial responsibility for it.
- You communicate openly and you have good to very good presentation skills and would like to develop these skills further.
- Your team can rely on you and you are fully involved in and make an active
- You want to keep learning are open to new challenges
- Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoin
- Excellent language skills in German and English
