Job Summary
Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Microsoft 365 Trainer in Netcompany
As a Microsoft 365 Trainer you will:
- Develop and deliver clear compelling communications that promote the value and benefits of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) on Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams OneDrive SharePoint Outlook and the Power Platform.
- Collaborate with IT HR and business leaders to plan and implement adoption strategies for new Microsoft 365 features and updates.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and identify opportunities to introduce new tools or features.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 adoption training or digital workplace enablement.
- Deep understanding of core Microsoft 365 applications (Teams SharePoint OneDrive Outlook Power Automate Forms Viva etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible engaging language.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences.
- Creative approach to communications with experience developing visually engaging content.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
