You will support the successful delivery of all banquets and events by ensuring that service is delivered in line with the brand service standards on behalf of the resort. Your key duties and responsibilities are to ensure that the function rooms are set up and ready for the function and that service is delivered to maximise guest satisfaction. You will need to ensure that you have complete and up to date knowledge of the services and facilities provided by the resort and that you follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant role
Passion for customer service and teamwork
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Excellent guest service skills
