Description- To recruit and select quality brokers which align with business direction of the Company for meeting sales plan business target
- Support business growth in sustainability manner
- Build solid rapport with business partnersby visits and relationship building with various levels from management administration head as well as technical representatives
- To bring up idea and design tailor made campaigns / sales support / training / to activate and / or maintain active business relationship
- To plan and utilize the agreed financials support and business strategy with alignment with internal stakeholder(s) to maximize the top line
- To conduct product trainings to broker partners and build up edge to promote Companys product to broker market
- To drive and build sustainability business with both product and broker segment diversification
- Provide market intelligent to enhance the underwriting process
- To conduct annual due diligence on our brokers to make sure the Company work with quality partners
- To manage all compliance issues of assigned brokers or segment
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Insurance or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical broker channel sales experience in the life insurance industry.
- Proven track record in business development and relationship management within the insurance sector.
- Experience in product training and development particularly in the Bermuda insurance market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on sustainable growth and compliance.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate Director
