As a Rehabilitation Consultant some of your day to day includes:
- Case management (caseloads are manageable and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
- Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Working collaboratively with injured workers employers medical and allied health professionals and completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills such as Functional Capacity Evaluations Worksite Assessments Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.

Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy Osteopathy or Exercise Physiology
- Full AHPRA registration or Full ESSA Accreditation or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in Occupational and/ or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
- A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers;
- The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
- Current driver licence and motor vehicle.
