Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort.
Record and report changes in residents conditions to the nursing team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the state of Maine.
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility).
Current BLS certification required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
