- Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Providedesktopand Laptopsupport
- Setting up and configuring new laptops anddesktops
- Install authorised software to laptops anddesktops
- Fault-finding to laptops anddesktops
- Completing internal user moves
- Providingsupportfor MAC and PC
- Installing specific softwares authorized by the company
- Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations
- Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex: PC refreshment OS Upgradation Software Upgradation etc..)
- Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager
- Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) Troubleshooting Skills Windows Operating Systems Knowledge Computer Networking Concepts
- Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) -BE / B Sc-IT /
