Job Summary

What You Will Do工作职责

  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability strengthening Ecolabs penetration to achieve annual sales and profit budget.
  • Leverage and possess deeper industry intelligence and collaborate cross functionally to identify the market/customer needs potential value creation and optimization generated from the innovative solutions. Resolve problems between the corporate accounts and Ecolab.
  • Stay informed of key accounts personnel and policy changes and its influence on the products and services we provide and take corresponding actions.
  • Work closely with field service food safety and pest elimination team. Effectively coordinate product application blueprint trial on-site survey new branch launchcontract sign and implementation equipment installation urge payment for goods etc.
  • Provide the highest standard of service to key accounts. Conduct monthly and quarterly service reviews to ensure requirements are effectively met. Actively assist other business teams within Ecolab to help introduce additional product and service to current accounts.
  • Negotiate profitable cooperation agreement with corporate accounts ensuring new agreements have no damage to the former price.
  • Provide trainings on how to give the key accounts more effective service to sales staff.

Minimum Qualifications任职要求

  • Bachelors degree with major in food science marketing business administration is preferred.
  • Successful experience in managing large national and multi-national accountsresolving complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability at project management and effective communication at all levels with our corporate accounts and within Ecolab.
  • Fluent written English and excellent oral English communication and negotiation skills
