About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and detail-oriented VASS Coordinator/Student Services Assistant to join our school community. This pivotal role plays a key part in supporting the effective operation of the Senior School ensuring the accurate and timely management of VCE and VET data through the VASS system.
Reporting to the Head of Academic Care the position provides essential administrative support to the Heads of Year 11 and 12 Senior School staff and Student Services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy discretion and initiative contributing to the smooth coordination of academic processes and efficient communication across the Senior School.
This is a part-time ongoing position offering an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the academic success and wellbeing of our students while playing an integral role within our supportive and collaborative school community.
