Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
The incumbent is responsible for providing clerical support to the Manager Clinical Engineering including processing job postings and related paperwork. Coordinates appointment calendar for the Manager(s) arranges meetings records minutes and carries out follow-up actions. The incumbent is responsible for customer communication regarding contracts invoices booking on-site service and any associated questions.
Supports the philosophy goals and objectives of the Provincial Clinical Engineering Program.
