Job Summary

Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Location: Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg

Cashier Responsibilities
- Process customer payments for Sales Service and Parts transactions (cash check or card) and record in CDK.
- Prepare and deliver daily bank deposits
- Greet customers when they walk into the dealership
- Stock in new vehicles account for hold-back and inventory cost in CDK and create stickersfor deal bags and car keys
- Maintain and organize deal paperwork receipts and filing systems.
- Answer and route phone calls providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Support office operations including stocking supplies updating internal materials and assisting with month-end and year-end filing.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial transactions and documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience
- Experience as an automotive cashier accounting support clerk or office assistant role
- Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Automotive Cashier: $16 - $17.50/hour
