Executive Leadership Coach
The Executive Leadership Coach provides one-on-one and small-group coaching to senior executives within the City of Minneapolis. This role focuses on enhancing leadership presence strategic influence and organizational effectiveness through evidence-based coaching methodologies.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver individualized coaching sessions for senior executives and department heads.
Support strategic leadership self-awareness and decision-making capabilities.
Facilitate reflection and action planning to align personal leadership goals with City objectives.
Prepare individualized progress summaries and recommendations for continued growth.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Masters degree in Organizational Leadership Psychology or Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of executive coaching experience.
ICF certification (PCC or MCC level).
Demonstrated success coaching high-level public sector leaders.
Experience facilitating leadership programs for government agencies or large organizations.
