You Will:
- Partner closely with Roblox recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand each teams goals and talent needs then identify attract and engage top candidates who will drive our mission forward.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem LinkedIn Recruiter SeekOut and other platforms.
- Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter faster and at scale.
- Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling compensation and candidate profiles.
- Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers raising the bar on calibration evaluation and selection practices.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process.
- Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines accurate data and strong ATS hygiene.
- Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks measure impact and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth.
You Have:
- 4 years of top of funnel technical recruiting experience (Engineering Data Science Product).
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for Front-End / UI engineering roles.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
- Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
- A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation.
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics surface insights and inform strategy.
- A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box.
