In the role of Lead Customer Lending Solutions you will join the Business Lending Team thats doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Drive operational efficiency and productivity and ensure we meet our risk and compliance obligations whilst supporting our customers to achieve their goals.
  • Direct accountability for input quality file compliance operational efficiency customer NPS and time to decision for all B&PB initiated lending
  • Enable the B&PB business performance and growth by creating a customer focused service excellence culture supporting bankers in meeting customer needs and driving an effective and efficient operations
  • Implement operational practices to deliver service excellence
  • Support efforts to uplift banker/customer experience lending compliance and enterprise control environment

Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:

  • Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience.
  • Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
  • Preferred min 12 months experience in Business and private banking.
  • Understanding of risk obligations and knowledge of how to replicate compliance
  • Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience.
  • Emerging leadership capability
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Completed or completing a tertiary qualification in Banking and Finance or a business related discipline is preferred but not required.
