Key Responsibilities:
Present financing and insurance products to customers in a clear ethical and compliant manner.
Secure and process financing through our network of lenders and financial institutions.
Offer extended warranties vehicle service contracts and other F&I products to enhance customer protection.
Ensure all legal and regulatory paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Maintain a strong relationship with sales and service departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Stay current on lending programs rates and dealership compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an automotive F&I role (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes.
Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
