ROR Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing new or changing existing web applications/APIs.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting web applications and APIs.
• Writing and maintaining reliable Ruby / Rails code.
• Integrating with data storage solutions such as database file storage or object storage.
• Creating services using microservices architecture.
• Dockerize the application / service
• Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.
• Integrating user-facing elements designed by the front-end team.
• Connecting applications with other internal or third party systems.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience: Over 7 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Expertise: Proficiency in either Sidekiq or Shoryuken showcasing a deep understanding of background job processing.
• Frontend Knowledge: Solid knowledge in React and Typescript demonstrating the ability to work with modern frontend technologies.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with AWS with a specific emphasis on SQS (Simple Queue Service).
• Willing to work in EST hours.

Qualification:

• BE/ or Equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.

Location :

• Hyderabad/ Bangalore(Remote)

Work Timing :

• US EST hours
