Senior Digital Marketeer

Were looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketeer to join our Demand Creation Squad.This agile cross-functional team is dedicated to increasing brand awareness consideration and engagement among potential clients who are not yet actively searching for an online broker. Your mission: to stimulate orientation and interest in LYNX services at the very top of the funnel.

What Youll do:

• Advise the squad on the optimal media mixfrom social to radio podcasts to print
• Transform ideas into cross-channel media strategies that drive reach engagement and leads
• Conduct detailed campaign analyses and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media publishers platforms and research partners
• Stay on top of marketing trends and turn them into innovative opportunities for LYNX
• Lead and coordinate multi-channel campaigns including paid social display search native and content marketing
• Drive traffic and improve conversion rates from top-of-funnel audiences
• Own and manage the marketing calendarplanning aligning and delivering campaign activities across teams
• Collaborate with the Creative Brand Specialist and Online Marketeers to ensure seamless execution and consistent customer journeys
• Actively contribute to squad rituals backlog refinement and overall strategy

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in a similar role preferably within a media agency publisher platform or digital marketing team in tech or finance
• 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and demand generation particularly targeting unaware or hard-to-reach audiences
• Strong understanding of the online and offline media and marcom landscape
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Fluency in German is a big pré.
• Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and campaign & analytics tools
• Experience with international campaigns or eagerness to grow in this area
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Strong business sense and the ability to identify underlying needs in stakeholder requests
• Creative mindset that looks beyond traditional media silos
• Collaborative and comfortable working in agile cross-functional squads
