Job Summary

As a Junior MBSE Engineer you will:

Develop and maintain model-based system architectures using SysML and DoDAF
Assist in modeling foreign missile systems and Command & Control (C2) structures in support of national defense analysis
Collaborate with senior engineers and government stakeholders to deliver high-quality modeling products
Participate in on-site and remote support to multiple IC organizations
Contribute to technical documentation data traceability and systems integration
Grow your skills in MBSE tools and methodologies through hands-on mission work

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience; OR 0 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree in Systems Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or a related field; an additional 4 years can be substituted in lieu of degree
TS/SCI clearance or TS with the ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph
Foundational understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and modeling frameworks
Familiarity with ITASE (Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment)
Exposure to SysML and/or DoDAF-compliant modeling practices
Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
Willingness to support efforts across multiple government sites and collaborate with diverse technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using tools such as:
- Cameo Systems Modeler Teamwork Cloud Simulink MATLAB STK Jira Confluence
Experience supporting DoD or IC customers
Interest in missile systems C2 architecture or defense technology
