Schedule: Morning shift (start between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM) Weekend availability required

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to support inbound and outbound logistics operations in a temperature-controlled environment. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in cold chain or airline logistics who thrive in fast-paced warehouse settings and enjoy working with international and domestic shipments. The position offers the potential for permanent placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Dispatch to receive and process inbound shipments.
- Verify all required shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and manage master airway bills for domestic and international deliveries.
- Assemble and stage packaging systems for scheduled pick-ups.
- Book shipments and ensure carrier requirements are met.
- Maintain cold chain standards across all temperature ranges.
- Create and manage shipment documentation including SED filings for regulated exports.
- Ensure timely execution of shipment instructions and action requests.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Demonstrate full operational proficiency consistent with Level 1 operations standards.
Qualifications
- Airline or airfreight logistics experience preferred.
- Prior experience with cold chain logistics highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated efficiency and accuracy in shipment processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to weekend shifts and early morning availability (6 AM - 10 AM).
- Understanding of cold chain management principles and best practices.
