Shangri-La Circle (SLC) loyalty program is looking for a strategic and result-driven marketing professional to elevate member communications and engagement. As part of the Global Loyalty Marketing team youll be responsible for developing marketing strategy and translate it into compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications. By leveraging data and insights you will drive key business metrics including member revenue and engagement from different segments of members.
What youll be doing
- Formulate and support the development of member communications strategy aligning with SLC vision and commercial objectives.
- Develop compelling content strategy and oversee its execution across owned channels
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of 360 marketing campaignsfrom concept to analysis.
- Continuously test optimize and report on campaign performance to maximize results.
- Manage external agencies ensuring the delivery of high-quality effective marketing initiatives
- Liaise with internal business units to ensure flawless implementation of marketing activities.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks as required.
- More experienced candidatecan be considered as Manager
Communi What were looking for
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management / Communications / Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in marketing communications.
- Experience in loyalty marketing or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that have demonstrably driven revenue and customer engagement.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-led mindset with experience defining KPIs and using performance data to optimize campaigns and report on business impact.
- Outstanding communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with regional teams and partners
- Experience in China digital marketing content platforms and an understanding of the Chinese consumer landscape is a significant advantage.
- More seasoned candidate will be considered as Manager
