Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II to join a dynamic and team-oriented environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to support account executives account managers and producers in servicing client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance a passion for delivering exceptional service and a desire to grow within the organization.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $55000 - $65000 annually commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to account executives account managers and producers in servicing client needs.
  • Process endorsement requests and ensure accurate updates in the agency management system.
  • Assist with renewal marketing and obtain loss runs.
  • Serve as backup support for the team as needed.
  • Handle mid-market accounts with a focus on construction-related accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
    • Ambitious with a desire for professional growth.
    • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
