ABOUT YOU

Apply if you

Professional in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimation for road infrastructure projects including:
Earthworks and transportation (essential)
Tunnels
Viaducts
Mechanically stabilized earth walls
Pavements
Drainage works
Proficient in Presto software for quantity take-offs and cost estimation (essential).
Proven experience in preparing cost estimates and quantity take-offs for roadworks in Peru.
Experience as a production quality or site engineer in the construction of roads viaducts tunnels and drainage works (essential).

Main responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs for earthworks transportation preliminary works pavements and others using Presto software.
Consolidate quantity take-offs for the preparation of project budgets.
Review and validate cost estimates.
Ensure consistency between drawings technical specifications and quantity take-offs.
Prepare technical reports with reviews and observations.
Coordinate with the cost estimation team to ensure all items are included.
