Introduction
As a Housing Advice and Early Intervention Officer youll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support with housing and complex needs; particularly for those with complex vulnerabilities. Offering a person-centred service youll provide expert advice guidance and practical support to help residents make informed decisions about their housing options. Youll conduct holistic assessments and make referrals aiming to prevent homelessness and reduce reliance on crisis services. Administrative tasks are also key to ensuring smooth service delivery. Your role ensures clients receive the right support every step of the way.

Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence House Catford London SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary
37509 - 38637 per annum (Scale 6)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale) which is subject to evidential proof.
