Job Summary

Job Title: Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
Location: Hyannis MA 02601
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week Rotating Days MonFri 7:30 AM4:00 PM 8:00 AM4:30 PM or 8:30 AM5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50$56 per hour

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Rehabilitation Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Hyannis MA.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate new patients establish measurable treatment goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer diagnostic tests for muscle nerve joint and functional ability to determine impairment and prognosis.
Implement and modify treatment modalities based on patient progress.
Document patient care education and communication with other healthcare providers.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures and home exercises.
Mentor and provide guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants Aides and students.
Maintain departmental policies quality standards safety and infection control.
Participate in professional development activities in-service meetings and workshops.
Maintain daily records of patient activity and charges.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred (Clinical Specialist):

Specialist Certification in a focused area of clinical expertise.
Experience as a clinical resource for rehabilitation staff and assisting with program planning and supervision.
