We are looking for new team members for our Heinemann Duty Free shops at Berlin Brandenburg Airport to start on 1 October 2026.
That is your job
In the dual study programme you will support us in our day-to-day business and experience first-hand how you can put the knowledge you have acquired at university directly into practice. Over the course of three years you will in particular
experience day-to-day business at the point of sale at BER Airport and get to know our corporate structure and business areas with the aim of preparing you ideally for a position of responsibility in retail
actively take on your own areas of responsibility and work independently on exciting projects
learn about the importance of optimal product range design for our Heinemann Duty Free shops
participate in special training courses such as product and IT training with your colleagues
receive regular feedback on your personal and professional development
attend lectures at the Berlin School of Economics and Law together with other dual students during the theory phases
receive an attractive salary (1st year: 1200 2nd year: 1400 3rd year: 1600) night Sunday and public holiday bonuses holiday and Christmas bonuses and 30 days of holiday per year
have the opportunity to gain initial insights into the processes at our headquarters in Hamburgs HafenCity and at our logistics centre supplemented by international impressions at our European locations.
What you should bring along
A good A-level qualification or subject-specific university entrance qualification
Very good knowledge of German English and mathematics as well as good communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programmes
Enthusiasm for retail possibly with initial practical experience and curiosity about working with exclusive brand-name products
A fresh perspective and new ideas in an international and dynamic environment
Commitment and enjoyment of independent varied work with your own areas of responsibility
Reliability team spirit and openness to working with your future team
