Givens Aldersgate is looking for an experienced Beautician who will be responsible for assisting with the operations of the Givens Aldersgate Spa & this role you will be responsible for interacting with residents family members and other disciplines. You will also be responsible for adhering to budgets and complying with organizational polices as well as appropriate local state and federal regulations.
What youll do:
- Schedule appointments according to resident needs.
- Provide quality service to meet individual resident needs through listening to the resident providing suggestions/guidance in accordance with professional standards.
- Maintain positive working relationships with residents family members staff management and external contacts.
- Generate billing sheets and reports to provide the management team.
- Maintain a safe environment for employees and residents.
- Adheres to the defined policy on the Bill of Rights for residents.
- Adheres to policies and procedures regarding environmental/infection precautions related to the Spa & Salon.
- Adheres to policies and procedures regarding Resident Abuse Neglect or Misappropriation of Resident Property.
What youll need
- Previous experience preferred.
- Up to date knowledge of rules and regulations associated with maintaining a cosmetology license in North Carolina.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills.
Compensation: 60 % commission
