Under general supervision the Field Package Sales Agent represents Capital Vacations at a permanent mall kiosk location. The agent engages with shoppers and visitors to promote vacation ownership opportunities generate qualified leads and sell promotional vacation packages. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service achieving sales goals and maintaining a professional presence consistent with company policies and brand standards.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively engages mall guests to introduce them to Capital Vacations programs promotions and vacation opportunities.
- Effectively communicates program details and benefits providing a positive and informative customer experience.
- Maintains a strong knowledge of Company programs systems services and resorts to confidently present information.
- Follows the Company-approved sales script and marketing presentation standards.
- Consistently meets or exceeds lead generation and sales performance goals.
- Ensures the kiosk area remains clean organized and visually aligned with Company brand guidelines.
- Accurately completes all required **training compliance courses and reporting documentation.
- Adheres to Company policies procedures and professional conduct standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education Training and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in sales marketing customer service or a related field required.
Pay
$16.60 per hour PLUS commissions

- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook and able to operate standard office equipment.
