About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to join a dynamic forward-thinking technology this role you will act as a subject matter expert leading the design implementation and optimization of identity lifecycle management and access governance systems. You will play a key role in enhancing scalability efficiency and security across enterprise identity platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SailPoint IIQ expert driving best practices in design implementation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and enhance identity lifecycle management and access governance systems.
- Work hands-on with SailPoint IIQ codebase to ensure optimal performance scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate within the IAM team to develop innovative solutions and promote knowledge-sharing.
- Contribute to continuous integration automation and testing of identity management processes.
Requirements:
- 6 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong expertise in access governance identity lifecycle management and IAM best practices.
- Proficiency in Java Python Microservices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Solid understanding of testing frameworks and quality assurance in IAM solutions.
- Experience in enterprise-grade environments ideally within the fintech sector.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to collaboration.
- Educational background in Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline.
- English proficiency: Advanced (B2 level or higher).
