Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Curriculum Delivery: Teach Mathematics at KS3 and KS4 with A-Level shadowing opportunities.
Attainment Focus: Develop secure foundational reasoning problem-solving fluency and exam-readiness.
Enrichment: Support Maths clubs intervention groups and student enrichment activities.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Strong Mathematics degree. Eligibility for ECT induction.
Salary: MPS1 equivalent.
Support: Full ECT induction programme reduced timetable specialist mentoring and comprehensive CPD.
