Role Information
You will lead the schools SEND provision manage EHCPs liaise with parents and external agencies and support classroom teachers in adapting lessons. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead strategically while maintaining a compassionate approach to student support.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete qualification
Experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary setting
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Salary
Paid to scale on MPS / UPS
