We are seeking a versatile and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our R&D this role you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle from front-end to production. Depending on your experience and interests you may also have the opportunity to act as the teams Scrum Master and mentor junior developers.

The location of this position can be any Produal location in Finland: Kotka Muurame or Vantaa.

Key responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications that power next-generation building automation.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React Angular).
• Implement robust backend services or Python.
• Collaborate with UX designers product managers and QA engineers to deliver seamless solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions for full stack components.
• Integrate APIs manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure security and performance.
• Champion agile and DevOps practices in a supportive cross-functional team.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript and backend frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs version control (Git) and cloud platforms (Azure AWS).
• Familiarity with Android/iOS development and cross-platform tools (Flutter) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines automated testing and building automation protocols (Modbus BACnet) is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Finnish skills are a bonus.
