Position: COTA Specialty: Home Health EMR: HCHB EXP REQ Years of experience REQ: 1 year min recent 6 daily visits or a min of 30 points weekly for productivity Average # of patients/day: 5-7 please confirm during interview Guaranteed Hours: 40 Types of Cases: Geriatric First timers accepted: NO Certs REQ: BLS On-call REQ NO Territory: up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/ office: occasionally more based on patient needs Locals accepted: Yes and at travel rate License in hand Special Requirements: Traveler expected to be flexible with territory Timely documentation and communication required Dress Code: Scrubs- any color- NO jeans Cell phone: NO iPad: Yes provided Mileage Reimbursed: Yes- at the IRS standard rate
