Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy - Required
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/experience - Required
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Minimum of 5 years pharmacy experience - Preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience - Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice - Required
