Oversee inventory management quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Provide guidance coaching and professional development opportunities for pharmacy staff.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Monitor financial performance and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Participate in audits inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy - Required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/experience - Required
Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Minimum of 5 years pharmacy experience - Preferred
Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience - Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice - Required
