Job Summary
Job Description
- Analyzes organizational needs to align software development efforts with strategic goals.
- Identifies inefficiencies in software development processes and recommend optimizations.
- Uses data to evaluate project performance team productivity and system effectiveness providing actionable insights.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define software requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assists project managers by tracking milestones identifying risks and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
- Serves as a team Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Documents workflows technical processes and project methodologies to support development efforts.
- Assists in creating and implementing policies related to software development such as agile practices or compliance standards
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) & Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or Rally to support team productivity and transparency.
- Works with software developers quality assurance product managers and leadership to align on objectives.
- Mediates disagreements and ensure teams remain focused on shared goals.
- Ensures software development processes adhere to relevant standards regulations and best practices (e.g. GDPR CMMI).
- Recommends and support agile methodologies helping teams transition to or optimize frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Advocates for continuous improvement in development practices and team workflows.
- Helps teams adapt to process changes or new tools during software development cycles.
- Management Analyst -Scaled Agile Framework Scrum master certified.
