Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to architect and lead the next phase of our AI-driven data intelligence platform. This role requires deep expertise in configuring and integrating multiple large language model (LLM) ecosystemsspecifically Anthropic Claude OpenAI ChatGPT and Perplexityto build scalable workflow-based automation solutions.

Youll be the companys first full-time developer building the foundation of our AI infrastructure. Over time the position will evolve into a senior leadership role focused on scaling the technical team and overseeing system growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement our AI platform architecture using Anthropic Claude OpenAI ChatGPT and Perplexity as core workflow engines.

• Configure and optimize multi-model pipelines to ensure interoperability and task-specific performance.

• Lead a buy-and-configure approach leveraging commercial AI platforms rather than building from scratch.

• Build and refine data ingestion and automation workflows including web scraping fuzzy data matching and geolocation mapping for property records.

• Create clean scalable data structures to support accurate AI processing and reporting.

• Evaluate integrate and maintain third-party APIs ensuring system stability and flexibility.

• Manage short-term contractors or external technical resources to deliver specialized components.

• Collaborate closely with leadership on product strategy technical roadmap and investor presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on expertise with all three major AI ecosystems:

  • Anthropic Claude

  • OpenAI ChatGPT

  • Perplexity

• 5 years in software engineering machine learning or AI workflow design.

• Strong background in data scraping fuzzy matching entity resolution and/or geolocation.

• Proven experience configuring APIs automation tools and data processing pipelines.

• Proficiency in Python plus familiarity with modern AI/automation stacks.

• Experience selecting and managing contractors or small technical teams.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain complex AI workflows to non-technical stakeholders.

• Understanding of U.S. business and investor communication norms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in proptech data intelligence or AI infrastructure.

• Strong architectural vision for combining commercial AI APIs into a cohesive system.

• Experience scaling technical teams from inception to early-growth stages.
