To support this mission Syngentas Supply Chain Management team is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst LATAM in Montevideo Uruguay.
Accountabilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
- Design develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Create and monitor KPIs across various P&S teams.
- Generate regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Create and document data processes and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements.
- Plan AI or Bulk Products.
Qualifications :
Required
- Business Administration Engineering Business Analytics or related field.
- 2 years of experience in Data & Analytics at data driven companies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellence in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI; Qliksense).
- Knowledge ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (additional regional languages a plus).
- Learning Mindset: understand the problems and ask the correct questions identifying opportunities to improve.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
