Job Summary
Job Title: Civil Supervisor (Industrial Background)
Location: Mesaieed Qatar
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong industrial background to oversee and coordinate civil and structural activities at our project site in Mesaieed Qatar. The role is short-term (3 months) and requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all civil and structural works at the site to ensure compliance with drawings specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors engineers and other site teams to ensure smooth execution of daily work activities.
Inspect ongoing work and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and timely completion.
Review and report progress identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure all site activities are performed in compliance with HSE standards.
Manage site manpower and material requirements effectively.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil supervision within industrial or construction projects (oil & gas petrochemical or power sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of civil and structural drawings and site coordination.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Available to join immediately and commit to the full 3-month contract.

Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on project needs)
Location: Mesaieed Qatar
Working Schedule: As per project/site requirements
