As a Service Delivery Manager Oilfield Chemicals you will be responsible for:
- Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Constructing business plans incorporating essential market drivers and all obtainable analytics.
- Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
- Collaborate with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
- Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process
- Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed
- Leadership to Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
- Leading and driving continuous cost-efficiency alternatives while maintaining excellence in service delivery Preparation and handling required resources for growth including equipment.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors degree of Engineering.
- Have at least 10 years of experience of a technical background in Oilfield Chemicals.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and multi-country management
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have an excellent operational background.
