Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Flexible 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $60 $68 per hour

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Director of Nursingfor an exciting job in Phoenix AZ.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high standards of resident care and compliance.
Develop staffing plans schedules and assignments to maintain adequate coverage.
Oversee and implement nursing policies procedures and best practices.
Conduct staff evaluations offer coaching and promote professional development.
Ensure compliance with federal state and facility regulations including infection control and resident safety.
Collaborate with physicians administrators and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care.
Address and resolve clinical or operational issues promptly.
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) leadership.
BLS certification (current).
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Hepatitis B and TB test (current).
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (must obtain and maintain).

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated success in nursing leadership and staff development.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Proven track record in regulatory compliance and quality improvement programs.
