Responsibilities
- Set personalized goals and creatively implement individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and execute innovative clinical and educational SLP programs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team maintaining productivity standards and completing necessary documentation.
- Serve as a trusted partner in the community helping your patients achieve vital outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program for Speech Language Pathologists (must have CCCs).
- Hold a valid state license.
- Flexible availability including weekends.
- Experience in home health is a plus but not required!
