We are working with a leading global aircraft leasing company seeking an experienced AVP /VP Deliveries to join their Commercial Negotiation & Execution Dublin-based team.

This role will focus on the project management of aircraft deliveries redeliveries and post-delivery transactions ensuring each project is completed efficiently on time and within budget. It offers strong exposure to major airlines OEMs investors and legal partners as well as close collaboration with internal commercial technical and trading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate aircraft delivery and redelivery projects.
Oversee post-delivery transactions ensuring accurate execution and compliance.
Manage contract negotiation documentation and closings with multiple stakeholders.
Act as a primary contact for airline and investor clients OEMs and law firms.
Collaborate closely with internal commercial technical and finance teams.

Key Requirements:

5 years experience in aircraft leasing aviation finance or legal environments.
Strong project management negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex multi-party transactions.
Legal commercial or technical background is an advantage.
