What the Role Looks Like

As a new Assistant Store Manager at Waxbergs in Niles IL you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing store operations assisting customers managing inventory and leading a team of sales associates.

Pay & Schedule

• Weekly Base plus commission (depending on experience)
• Full-time 40 hours per week
• 5 days a week with increased hours/days in peak season
• No work on major holidays we close to prioritize time with family

What You Bring

To excel as an Assistant Store Manager at Waxbergs in Niles IL youll need a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience in full-service retail or a related field. Strong organizational skills the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally stand for extended periods and climb ladders as needed.
