Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitationis looking for a Certified RespiratoryTherapist (CRT) to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in BrooklynNY!

Certified Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities

Set up and operatevarious types of respiratory care equipment for resident diagnosis andtreatment

Performs patientassessment and develops a comprehensive care plan

Modifies therapy planto maximize the efficacy of the therapyregimen

Review data in theresident record including history lab data radiological studies progressnotes respiratory and cardiovascular monitoring data

Document/recordrespiratory therapy data

Administer and modifyvarious respiratory therapy procedures

Assess residentsoverall status and progress

Educate residentsand/or family members on how to properly take medication and use equipment

Assist in respiratorytherapy practices under the supervision and guidance of an RRT

Perform any servicesand assignments within the scope of practice of a CRT

Certified Respiratory Therapist Requirements

Valid current NYSlicense

Certified RespiratoryTherapist credential as per the NBRC

COVID-19 Vaccination
