Job Summary
Customer Support Representative (Manufacturing)
Location:Milwaukee WI
Schedule:Monday through Friday Hybrid Work Model

What Youll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage orders documentation and follow-up processes
