Key responsibilities include:
- Organize scan and manage documents using office technology
- Prepare client and Abdo deliverables including tax returns
- Perform data entry and verify information with online software
- Serve as daily Front Desk Reception backup and in-office support
- Scan mail and payments daily
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in data sets and office deliveries
- Communicate directly with internal and external clients and prospects; handle inquiries professionally
- Print mail and generate various documents (letters memos emails)
- Attend departmental meetings and assist with daily administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support to partners and professional staff
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
Ideal candidate has:
- 2 years of administrative experience; previous experience in a professional services/CPA firm highly desirable
- High computer literacy
- Excellent organization and communication (verbal and written) skills

This is an in-office position (M-F) based in the Edina office.
Additional Information:
At Abdo we are committed to providing fair transparent and competitive compensation that reflects the unique skills and experiences of each candidate. The estimated base pay range for this role is $21.50 - $27.50 per hour. Offers are typically made below the maximum to allow room for future compensation increases in the role. The compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience education licensure certifications skills and business needs.
All employees have the opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses based on demonstration of extraordinary performance special projects or significant importance or other major accomplishments.
