The Warehouse Associate Level II is responsible for performing a broad range of operational support tasks to ensure the efficient flow of materials equipment and services across departments. This role reports directly to the Manager Inside Operations.

Responsibilities

Deliver parts materials and equipment to customers and technicians within the service area ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as a second set of hands during equipment deliveries and installations.
Support Fleet Management activities:
- Coordinate vehicle service appointments and maintain service logs.
- Monitor inspection schedules and assist with tracking vehicle readiness.
Support Facility Maintenance and Organization:
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas.
- Complete basic facility maintenance and safety checks.
- Assist with breakdown staging and setup of new and used equipment.
- Lead or assist in unloading uncrating and staging of inbound and outbound shipments.
Inventory Support:
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and assist with reconciliation of inventory variances.
- Ensure parts and materials are labeled stocked and rotated properly.
- Communicate stock shortages or discrepancies to the Inside Operations Manager.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and warehouse safety.
- Recommend and help implement best practices for storage shipping and receiving.
Team Leadership:
- Assist in training and mentoring new Warehouse Helpers.
- Provide backup coverage for the Inside Operations team when needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (equipment service or parts environment preferred).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
Must be capable of lifting lowering and carrying packages typically weighing 535 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Operates forklift and box truck safely and efficiently (DOT Medical card preferred).

Job Type: Full-time on-site
Pay: $25 - $28/hour
