Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted campaigns across social media SEO SEM email marketing and performance ads to drive lead generation.
Campaign Management: Plan manage and optimize paid digital campaigns to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads with cost-effective acquisition.
Lead Management: Implement lead filtering and scoring systems to improve lead quality and conversion potential.
Marketing Automation: Leverage tools to streamline workflows nurture leads and improve engagement throughout the funnel.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new lead generation opportunities.
Channel Expansion: Explore and test new digital channels to expand audience reach and diversify lead sources.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on goals track ROI and manage integrated campaigns.
Vendor & Internal Coordination: Manage external vendors and coordinate with internal teams to execute and optimize digital ad initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
1 year of marketing experience ideally with exposure to digital ads and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools ad platforms (Meta Google Ads) and marketing automation/CRM systems (e.g. Sleekflow Salesforce).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to prioritize initiatives based on their impact on revenue growth.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
